Music GSD provides an online music production education program, which includes video curriculum, access to a private community, and live group coaching sessions. The service is available via a monthly subscription or a one-time purchase, as detailed on our checkout page.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access the course materials, you may be asked to provide certain registration details. It is a condition of your use of the Service that all the information you provide is correct, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
4. Payment and Refunds
Subscription: You agree to pay the fees associated with your subscription as displayed at the time of checkout (e.g., $333/month).

5. SMS and Communications
By providing your phone number during the checkout or registration process, you consent to receive SMS communications from Music GSD.
Campaign Description: We send messages regarding course login details, reminders for live coaching sessions, and accountability check-ins to help you finish your music.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number provided. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Fees: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (including video lessons, text, and methodologies like the "Finish Framework") are and will remain the exclusive property of Music GSD. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute, share, or resell the content.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Music GSD, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
